TIRANA, Nov 10 /ATA/ Minister of State for Youth and Children, Bora Muzhaqi, during her visit to Barcelona, Spain held a meeting with the Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean Nasser Kamel and Deputy Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean, John Paul Grech.
Muzhaqi also held a meeting with the Egyptian delegation, led by the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Ismail Al-Far, along with other government representatives and representatives of youth organizations.
The talks revolved around the possibilities of cooperation with the Union for the Mediterranean, but also specifically with Egypt with a special focus on youth exchanges between our countries.
Yesterday, Muzhaqi participated in the Youth 2023 meeting, organized by the Union for the Mediterranean, “Youth engagement for a more sustainable and inclusive Mediterranean,” in Barcelona, Spain.
“The involvement of young people themselves in the drafting and evaluation of the National Youth Strategy is a method that is being developed for the first time in Albania and at the same time creates the opportunity for us as policymakers to design policies in tune with the demands and needs of young people, and the rapid technological developments,” Muzhaqi said in her speech at the Youth 2023 meeting.
