Rama: Uncompromising fight against organized crime

TIRANA, Nov 3 /ATA/ – By Maela Marini/ Prime Minister Edi Rama assured today that the fight against organized crime will continue relentlessly.

At the meeting of the extended Assembly of the Socialist Party in Fier, Rama assured that the state will win this war, which started 10 years ago in unfavorable conditions.

Rama said that no democratic country has managed to eradicate crime.
Yet, he assured, “a long era of strongmen, with special statuses in the world of organized crime, will come to an end.”

“And if the expression ‘underground’ is universally used for organized crime, they will have their tails, their lives, but no longer above ground, underground. Albania’s land will belong to Albanian citizens.
