TIRANA, Aug 21 /ATA/ The local currency lek opened this week on a positive note. It gained ground yet again, after losing points versus foreign currencies last week.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, one US dollar was exchanged on Monday at 97.23 ALL, or 0.30 points less.
One euro was exchanged at 105.93 ALL, or 0.08 ALL less than on Friday.
The British pound was exchanged on Monday at 123.75 lek, or 0.26 lek less, while the Swiss franc lost 0.23 points, it is exchanged this Monday at 110.59 lek.
