TIRANA, Aug 10 / ATA/ Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, calls on citizens and entities to choose mediation to resolve their disputes, before turning to the courts.
Through a video published on social media, Minister Manja shows the advantages of the mediation process.
“Why you should choose mediation before going to court. I invite you to watch the video to learn more about what facilities you benefit from the new law on mediators. Mediation – a window to peaceful resolutions!” said Manja.
The video published by the Minister of Justice says that mediation is a procedure that helps resolve disputes outside the courtroom. The advantage is the quick time of conflict resolution, costs and smaller bureaucratic procedures.
The field of mediation includes family, contractual conflicts, or other criminal offenses, which can be resolved through mediation.
