TIRANA, April 25 /ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama on Tuesday invited the young men and women to consider their approach to the Armed Forces as a new opportunity for themselves, their families and their homeland.
Rama shared an informative video, while emphasizing that, “after the salary increase of 30% in 2022 and another 7% this year, another significant increase up to 22% will become a reality in 2024, for all military personnel of the Armed Forces of Albania.”
“I have the greatest respect for the work of young women and men in uniform, part of the front line in defense of the country’s territory,” said the Prime Minister.
Colonel Idriz Kuca expressed the confidence that the pay increase will convince young people to stay in Albania and serve in the AF.
“In this time of uncertainty, Albania needs more skilled soldiers to protect the country,” he said. /m.m/ /gj.m/sm/
