TIRANA, March 17 /ATA/ – At its regular meeting on Friday, the Council of Ministers approved the form and content of the travel document for stateless foreign persons, travel document, transit permit, temporary document, duplicate residence permit and unique permit, as well as identity card for foreigners.
Pursuant to the Constitution and the law on foreigners, the proposal by the Minister of the Interior, the Council of Ministers decided to approve the form and content of the travel document for foreign non-citizens.
The cabinet also endorsed the form and content of the travel document for foreign citizens and the pass for foreigners.
The form and content of the temporary document after the loss or damage of the travel document, transit permit, residence permit and identity card for foreigners, issued by the local authority responsible for border and migration, was also approved.
