TIRANA, March 17 /ATA/ –By I. Vata/ – The United States Ambassador to Albania , Yuri Kim, hailed Friday the EU-Albania Stabilization and Association Council (SA Council) in Tirana a day ago and the message conveyed by the EU High Representative Josep Borrell to Albania.
The U.S. Ambassador shared a social media status by Josep Borrell, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, who voiced the unequivocal commitment to the EU integration of Albania.
“It is great to see Albania moving forward on its path toward EU membership. The people and the government of Albania deserve respect for making difficult changes so far. The United States of America will continue to strongly support Albania’s progress to become EU Member State, including efforts to implement necessary reforms,” the U.S. Ambassador Yuri Kim said.
