TIRANA, Feb 23 /ATA/ The Special College of Appeals ruled on Thursday to dismiss Judge Anita Mici.
The panel of judges of the Special College of Appeal, consisting of Sokol Çomo chairman, Natasha Mulaj relator, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz members, delivered the decision on the case pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission on the subject of re-evaluation Anita Mici.
At the end of the session, the panel of judges, based on the law “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, unanimously decided to override the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission and dismissed the subject of the re-evaluation, Anita Mici.
This decision is final and with immediate effect.
