TIRANA, Feb 6 /ATA/ The General Directorate of Taxes announces that the digitization of the VAT refund system is one of the most important developments of the Tax Administration during 2022.
According to tax administration, thanks to the digital VAT refund platform, today the taxpayer is refunded 125 days faster, from the 170 days this process took in 2019.
This system guarantees real-time tracking of the status of the e-Filling application, eliminating red tape and processing requests in order.
“Today we have zero unpaid refunding,” sources from the General Directorate of Taxes announces.
