TIRANA , Dec 19 /ATA/ In Kashar of Tirana, a new agro-tourism enterprise has been opened, equipped with a winery which is experimenting with wines made from indigenous grape varieties.
The enterprise is called “Cassar”, as the old documented name of Kashar, an investment made thanks to Sokol’s investment, also supported by the IPARD program in the measure of farm diversification.
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Frida Krifca together with some of the deputies of the Commission for Production Activities, Trade and Environment visited this enterprise as part of the work they are doing these weeks on the new wine and viticulture law, as well as the new sectoral agreement for the program IPARD III that is being discussed in the commissions.
“It was a pleasure to introduce the MPs to an example of the work done in the territory through the IPARD II program,” said Minister Krifca.
