TIRANA, Dec 17 /ATA/ – A total of government and state electronic systems interact via the Government Interaction Platform, which records averagely 17 million real time transactions each month.
The National Agency for Information Society (AKSHI) said Saturday that thanks to the Platform, the e-Albania government portal works around the clock, whereas two thirds of the electronic forms are filled and generated automatically for every application filed by the individuals and the businesses.
“The e-Albania government portal has been established and works thanks to the Government Interaction Platform. A total of 1226 e-services are available via the Government Interaction Platform. Albania is the most modern state in terms of digitalization in the region,” the Agency said.
The platform is a solution developed through Microsoft technology based on the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) model. Electronic systems interact in a synchronized and uninterrupted manner. Around 66% of electronic forms are filled automatically for each application.
