TIRANA, Dec 13/ATA/ –By I. Vata/- The DP MP, Jorida Tabaku, appeals that the government should take measures and introduce development strategies for poor areas, mainly in the north of the country.
In a post on social media, Tabaku reacted regarding the root cause of emigration in Albania.
According to her, inequality and the lack of a free market are the main causes of emigration and as such the government should take measures to address them.
“Inequality, the lack of opportunities and free market and competition are today the main reasons for the emigration of Albanians! The government must recognize this problem and must take urgent measures and introduce development strategies for the poor areas in the north of Albania,” Tabaku writes.
Referring to Albanian Stats, Tabaku published a map of the list of the average salary per month, in dollars, according to the area of origin in Albania in 2021.
