TIRANA, Dec 6 /ATA/ – French President Emmanuel Macron commented the importance of the EU-Western Balkans Summit in Tirana in a statement to the foreign reporters accredited in Tirana on Tuesday.
Macron said that “concrete projects will be discussed,” adding that “it is also important that there is solidarity between the EU and the Western Balkans in terms of energy and the process of integrating the Balkans into the European Union.”
“It is important to work towards further solidarity and further deepening of the political agenda. I would like to thank Rama for this summit at a very important moment for us within the framework of the Czech Presidency (of the Council of the European Union),” French President Macron said.
