TIRANA, Nov 12 /ATA/ – Lutroi Green Park is the newest guesthouse set to open its doors to local and international visitors soon as part of a series of agribusinesses being constantly launched across Albania through the assistance of the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (ARDA) and the EU-funded IPARD II Programme.
Lutroi Green Park agribusiness is located in the village of Bajkë, Delvine Municipality, along a stream of water and nestled amid a lush and stunning landscape.
Kreshnik, the owner of this guesthouse, projected this investment in his family home and inherited land to transform it into a space that will become an important part of the household economy and rural development in the area.
The new guesthouse features 16 rooms, where visitors will be provided the opportunity to taste the traditional cuisine.
Agritourism has turned into a sector with potential for development, thanks to undiscovered resources in our country.
ARDA has signed a total of 49 contracts in this sector, with growth of the family economy, employment and the development of rural tourism being a top priority.
