TIRANA, Sept 21 /ATA/ Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, said on Wednesday that “rigged referendums and partial military mobilizations are desperate moves by Russia that will only escalate this tragic war.”
In a posting on social media, Xhaçka emphasized that “Russia chose to start an unlawful war that has taken the lives of tens of thousands of innocent civilians and destroyed the Russian army.”
“Ukraine is making gains in this war and these moves will not weaken support for the heroic resistance of Ukraine,” said Xhaçka.
