TIRANA, Aug 26 /ATA/ The number of passengers who entered and exited the port of Durrës in the months of January-July 2022 has increased by 19% compared to last year.
Durrës Port Authority reported to ATA that “from January to July 2022, 187,787 passengers have been processed, 150,669 passengers inbound and 338,456 outbound.”
According to DPA, in July 2022, 115,158 passengers were processed, or 9% more than July 2021.
Only today noon, 3370 passengers and 845 vehicles aboard the Durrës-Bari ferry were processed, while for the line to Ancona 562 passengers and 145 vehicles.
3 ferries are scheduled to leave for Bari in the evening.
According to DPA, 26 counters deal with processing, 16 for vehicles and 10 for passengers.
