Deadline for filing 2021 financial statements postponed

TIRANA, July 25 /ATA/ The Ministry of Finance and Economy announced on Monday that amid the situation created in recent days due to the shutdown of the e-Albania government portal, the National Business Center will implement the provisions laid down in the Code of Administrative Procedures regarding the deadline for filing financial statements in the commercial register.

“Based on Article 54 of the Code of Administrative Procedures, the deadline for filing financial statements in the commercial register will be put off for as many days as the e-Albania government portal has been out of services,” MoFE announces.

“Subjects that have not yet applied for the filing of financial statements will be reinstated for their filing within the period of postponement of the initial deadline,” according to the Ministry of Finance.
