TIRANA, June 15/ATA/ Chairman of the Parliamentary group of the Democratic Party Enkelejd Alibeaj expressed criticism against the new court map in the Law Committee.
Alibeaj raised a series of questions to the Head of the High Judicial Council Naureda Llagami, while for the court map he pointed to the data regarding the demographic development of the population and the conclusion referring to the new court map.
Llagami explained that all the detailed information and the draft of the new court map can be found on the HJC website, and she stressed that there is no room for doubt as this map was designed by the best experts who have implemented this project in other countries of Europe.
She said that today the standard and objective is efficiency. When we talk about license it means quality in a short time service.
“All the updated information on the indicators that have been evaluated can be found on our website and it is a voluminous project because there are 172 pages only the project and then the report that has made a cost of total financial expenses. There is no closure of services in the existing courts, they will be allowed and on the contrary they will be strengthened”, said Llagami. /a.a/p.s./
