TIRANA May 23 /ATA/ – By I.Vata/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismisses prosecutor Elveta Murra.
The Independent Qualification Commission held on Monday a session for handing down the decision for Elveta Murra, prosecutor in the prosecutor’s office of the Elbasan Judicial District.
The Trial Panel composed of Etleda Ciftja, Pamela Qirko, Roland Ilia after analyzing the evidence and facts dismissed the prosecutor Elveta Murra.
Prosecutor Elveta Murra was subjected to vetting based on criteria of wealth legitimacy, integrity and professional proficiency on May 10, but failed to convince the IQC panel.
Elveta Murra started her career in the justice system in 1985. She has been working for more than three decades as a prosecutor in the Elbasan District Prosecutor’s Office.
