TIRANA, May 21/ATA/ Business activity has continued to increase despite the situation created due to the crisis of rising prices and the war in Ukraine.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy reported that in April, there are 119,580 active businesses registered.
According to the ministry, the number of businesses has increased compared to March 2022 and the end of 2021.
At the end of April, compared to March 2022, there are 685 more active businesses, while compared to December last year there are 3160 more businesses.
The good performance was mainly influenced by the number of new businesses registered, while only 1817 businesses were written off the list. The increase in the number of businesses registration for the current year implies a positive performance of the economy. /j.p/p.s./
