TIRANA, April 12/ATA/ In context of the Reconstruction Program that followed the earthquake of November 2019, there is already built a beautiful residential complex with all the necessary community infrastructure in Thumana.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared today in the social media images of the new neighbourhood in Thumana, consisting even of sports fields and all the necessary infrastructure, along with new houses and the blocks of apartments.
“Present-day Thumana”, Rama said while posting the video where children are seen playing in new sports fields.
The Reconstruction Program in Thumana includes the construction of 155 individual houses and 14 blocks of apartments with 278 apartments.
Also, Thumana already has a modern infrastructure with promenades, sports fields and green spaces.
In Thumana, there are 16 ha of construction land and 37 426 m2 of road infrastructure. There are also 3456 m2 of construction of public buildings, school, kindergarten, medical centre, community centre, as well as 46,148 m2 of public spaces, parks, sports spaces and 408 parking lots./m.m/p.s./
