TIRANA, March 30/ATA/ The Pyramid building of Tirana is being transformed into the largest digital technology centre in the region.
Prime Minister Edi Rama posted in the social media today the images showing the radical transformation that the Pyramid building is undergoing.
“Good morning and with these views from the construction site of the Pyramid building, where step by step the largest centre of digital technology in the region is being materialized, I wish you a good day,” said Rama.
The Pyramid building of Tirana getting transformed into the largest centre of information technology, will welcome thousands of young people who will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the language of coding, robotics, design and programming, with the support of the Albanian-American Development Fund – AADF.
The Pyramid Revitalization Project envisions a transparent, light-filled building. Also, the project aims to create a new symbol for Tirana, where the building is accessible from all sides. The pyramid will serve as a kind of incubator for businesses in the field of innovation, art and creativity. The programs that will be offered are: animation, game development, cinematography, web design, music, writing, drawing, graphic design, 3D modelling, programming, robotics, motion graphics, photography and new media./p.s./
