TIRANA, February 10 /ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed today from office Erind Reovica, prosecutor at Fier District Prosecutor’s Office.
The Independent Qualification Commission said that after reviewing the documentation and holding the hearing session for the subject of re-evaluation Erind Reovica, it decided: Dismissal from office of the subject of re-evaluation, Erind Reovica, prosecutor at the Fier District Prosecutor’s Office.
During the hearing on Tuesday, February 8, the Commission identified problems in all the three criteria of re-evaluation, that of professionalism, purity of image and wealth.
The decision in writing by the trial panel chaired by Brunilda Bekteshi, Firdes Shuli rapporteur and member Suela Zhegu, will be notified to the subject of re-evaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.
This decision can be appealed to the Special Appellate College by the subject of re-evaluation and / or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification of the decision of the Commission. The complaint is filed with the Independent Qualification Commission./p.s./
