TIRANA, January 14 /ATA/ Minister of State for Standards and Services Milva Ekonomi held today a meeting with Director of the Department of Public Administration Albana Koçiu to improve the performance of public administration employees.
“We discussed the possibilities of cooperation focusing on standards and efforts to improve the performance of our public administration employees,” said Ekonomi.
Ekonomi stressed that real evaluation is a key element in improving the capacity building of the administration and identifying meritocracy.
“We also agreed to continue working on updating the training programs with the standards and that conducted in cooperation with the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA),” said Ekonomi./r.e/p.s./
