TIRANA, Dec 4 /ATA/ The Ministry of Health and Social Protection informed on Saturday that in the last 24 hours of 2623 tests performed, 357 citizens have tested positive for COVID-19.
According to MoHSP, the positive cases have been detected in the following municipalities: 152 in Tirana, 39 in Fier, 33 in Durrës, 9 citizens each in Kamza, Korça, 8 in Tepelena, 7 citizens each in Shijak, Kruja, Kavaja, Vlora, Elbasan, 6 in Saranda, 5 citizens each in Vora, Lushnja, Selenica, Pogradec, Berat, 4 in Shkodra, 3 citizens each in Kurbin, Patos, Gjirokastra, Përmet, 2 citizens each in Skrapar, Devoll, Dropull, Mallakastër, Lezhë, Tropojë, Kukës , 1 citizen each in Vau i Dejës, Puka, Mirditë, Dibër, Mat, Roskovec, Divjakë, Finiq, Memaliaj, Dimal, Gramsh,
There are 6438 active COVID-19 cases in the country.
Currently 148 patients are getting medical care in COVID designated hospitals, of whom 14 are in more serious condition.
Despite the efforts of doctors, in the last 24 hours one patient has lost the battle with Sars-Cov2.
469 citizens have recovered in the last 24 hours, putting the number of cured cases to date at 191,855 since the outset of the epidemics.
