TIRANA, Nov. 24/ATA/The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development-MARD envisages the closure of the privatization process for 1500 facilities belonging to former agricultural enterprises.
In the draft law published in public consultations, MARD and the Ministry of Finance and Economy-MFE are defined as the institutions responsible for the implementation of process of privatization in cooperation with other institutions under its auspices.
While the report that accompanies this draft law states that, the interested entities can submit to the MARD the request for completion of the process, which after verification of the documentation, making available the contract of sale according to the legislation in force for the sale and purchase of real estate.
The criteria, documentation and collection of payments of the remaining installments of financial obligations from the sale of state property of former agricultural enterprises, are determined by a joint instruction of MARD and MFE. //a.i/
