TIRANA, November 15 /ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama stated in the Assembly today that budget 2022 gives a new impetus to digital revolution in service of the citizen, business and fight against corruption.
Speaking at the Assembly on draft budget 2022, PM Rama pointed to Italian media reporting about Italian president getting online certificate while there is an ongoing debate of many services that cannot be offered online because there is not ensured any interaction among different databases.
For us, this is history. “Not only have we made available the certificates online, but on December 31 of this year all public document services that do not require physical presence are realized online, such as in the case of obtaining a fingerprint, passport or any other very specific service”, said Rama.
The prime minister stressed that, “We are entering the phase of completing the cycle not only for online applications and part of the services that are closed by issuing documents with electronic stamp without having any contact with state offices, but for all services.”
Also, PM Rama said that, “The platform of co-government has passed in the Assembly bringing to another level the entire traditional network of communication of institutions with citizens.”
The prime minister also singled out the Digital Cadastre, which according to him is in an advanced process. “We know very well how hard it is obtaining title deeds or legalization documents. With the final digitalization, the Cadastre will be an accessible institution without any counters and will provide all the required ownership documents “, said PM Rama./p.s./
