TIRANA, November 15/ATA/ Chairman of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha told the Assembly that the government wants to put the budget not in function of the common citizens, but of the government clients.
According to him, the government is doing this through the public-private-partnerships while everything else is an effort to cheat with the constant increase of prices through indexing.
Speaking at the Assembly on draft budget 2022, Basha highlighted the fact that all the opposition MPs have opposed it through providing arguments in all the Parliamentary Committees gathered to discuss it.
According to him, the budget does not reflect any trouble of the citizens. He mentioned the EUROSTAT saying that 51% of Albanians are at risk of poverty or social exclusion while the WB said that 28-112 thousand poor people were added to Albania.
Basha also said that the farmers are in desperate need of support./j.p/p.s./
