TIRANA, November 4/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed today from office Nazmi Troka, a judge at the Vlora Court of Appeals.
The Independent Qualification Commission held today the session for announcing the decision for Troka.
Troka was vetted on three assessment criteria: wealth legitimacy, ethical and professional criteria, on October 2nd.
The trial panel composed of Lulzim Hamitaj, Firdes Shuli, Suela Zhegu after analyzing the evidence and facts decided today to dismiss Troka from office on wealth questions.
Nazmi Troka started his career in the justice system in 1993 and worked for almost two decades as a judge in the Court of Berat. In 2013, Troka was decreed as a judge of the Court of Appeal of Vlora./j.p/r.e/p.s./
