This weekend, a group with German tourists stopped at the Paleo-Christian Synagogue and Basilica (IV-VI century BC) located in the center of the city of Saranda.
In addition to the famous Butrint archeological site, the archeological site of the Jewish Synagogue and the Paleo-Christian Basilica; Saranda has also the Archaeological Museum, Museum of Tradition and Art and the Fine Arts Gallery.
According to data from the directorate of development and tourism in the Municipality of Saranda, the number of tourists who visited Saranda during 2021 reaches over 750,000 visitors.
