TIRANA, September 21 /ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed today from office the prosecutor at Vlora District Prosecutor’s Office Erion Çelaj.
The Independent Qualification Commission said that after reviewing the documentation and conducting the hearing session on 17.9.2021 for the subject of re-evaluation Erion Çelaj, today it announced the decision of his dismissal from duty.
The decision with the reasons attached in writing by the trial panel chaired by Lulzim Hamitaj, Etleda Çiftja rapporteur and member Brunilda Bekteshi will be notified to the subject of re-evaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.
This decision can be appealed to the Special Appellate College by the subject of re-evaluation and / or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification of the decision of the Commission. The complaint is filed with the Independent Qualification Commission. /j.p/p.s./
