The head of Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (ARDA), Frida Krifca shared today on the social media the example of Ilias the son of Ligoraqi who studied at the Military Academy and completed a second faculty of Finance and Accounting.
“Thanks to the support of ARDA under the IPARD II program the farmer has benefited from agricultural mechanics, and received tractors and aggregates, as well as established a drip irrigation system,” ARDA Head Krifca said. //a.i/
