TIRANA, Sept 2 /ATA/- By Maela Marini/ The newly-elected Speaker of Parliament, Lindita Nikolla, assured on Thursday that “she will work with high responsibility at the helm of parliament.”
At a media briefing in the premises of the Palace of Congresses where the National Assembly of the Socialist Party is taking place, Nikolla assured that she will create the necessary space first for the opposition to raise all ideas and make its voice heard.
“I will work diligently to ensure compliance with the rules, to create a positive climate that temple of democracy deserves. “Today I feel the weight of responsibility to come up to the expectations and justify the trust bestowed on me by the Socialist Party head,” Nikolla said.
