PRISTINA, August 18 /ATA/ There are 10.183 active cases with COVID-19 in Kosovo, reported the National Institute of Public Health arguing that it was a result of a surge in the daily positive cases.
Thus, on Tuesday there were reported 1.765 new cases and 5 fatalities.
Meanwhile, the authorities are continuing their vaccination campaign and only yesterday there were performed 21.903 doses of vaccines against COVID-19.
Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign there have been performed in total 601.701 doses of the vaccine.
So far, 213.279 citizens have also received the second jab./KosovaPress/p.s./
