TIRANA, July 15/ATA/- The Secretary for Legal Affairs of the Democratic Party in opposition Çlirim Gjata reacted today regarding the recent arrests made by SPAK in context of the fight against corruption.
Speaking to reporters, Gjata said that, “We are asking SPAK to look more seriously and go deeper inside Tirana center, in the most important administrative and political institutions operating in Tirana”.
“We want SPAK to go further, to what the international community itself has called the ‘big fish,'” he said.
Gjata said that, “You cannot stand at the level of a mayor or deputy minister who received 2 thousand Euros and say that this has been corruption in Albania”.
“We encourage and support SPAK for what it has done so far. But, its mission is much bigger”. /p.s./
