TIRANA, July 14 /ATA/ Businesses that are obliged to be included in the Fiscalization process from July 1, but continue to use the old invoicing system, will be able to use the existing tax documentation until the end of August.
The General Directorate of Taxes informed the taxpayers on Wednesday that the use of existing tax documentation will continue until August 31, while the withdrawal of this documentation at the regional directorates, where they are registered, can be done until August 15.
“We encourage all taxpayers, who carry out cashless sale transactions with other taxpayers and have not yet adapted the necessary infrastructure for the Fiscalization process, to immediately perform the appropriate procedures because with the enactment of the second phase of Fiscalization from July 1, 2021, they are under a legal obligation to fiscalize these transactions, ” GDT reports.
