TIRANA, July 13/ATA/– The Ministry of Health and Social Protection reported on Wednesday that 1915 tests were conducted and 11 persons tested positive for the Sars- Cov2 in the past 24 hours in Albania.
The ministry in its updated communication on epidemiological situation in the country confirmed; 3 cases in Tirana, 2 cases in Vlora, 1 case in Shkodra, 1 case in Elbasan, 1 case in Lezha, 1 case in Kavaja, 1 case in Kamza, 1 case in Tepelena.
According to Ministry of Health, there are currently 99 active cases in Albania with 3 patients hospitalized.
At the Infectious Diseases Hospital, 8 patients are receiving treatment. No COVID-related fatalities were recorded in past 24 hours in the country.
One more Covid-infected person recovered in the last 24 hours, bringing the total of recovered coronavirus patients to 130,053 since the novel coronavirus outbreak in early March 2020. //a.i/
