TIRANA, July 1/ATA/ The “Our Coast” operation is underway on the coastal areas to free the illegally occupied public spaces focusing mainly in Seman, Darzeza and Divjaka.
According to the statement of the Police, 13 administrators of entities have been prosecuted for the criminal offense “Unauthorized occupation of land”.
Also, following the second phase of the operation “Our Coast”, on the beach of Seman and Darzeza have been freed 13 coastal parcels illegally occupied with beach chaise longues and tents.
Pursuant to the operational plan drafted by the General Directorate of State Police “On the control of the coastal areas to prevent the occupation of public beach spaces by persons or entities that are not equipped with a permit via e-Albania, the Special Task Force composed of two teams of Rapid Intervention Forces, services of the Police Commissariat in Fier and Divjaka, the Municipal Police, Inspectorate of Territorial Protection and the Tax Office of the Municipality of Fier, started today the on-site controls in the coastal areas of Seman, Darzeza dhe Divjaka where 13 illegal entities have been identified, 5 in Darzeza and 8 in Seman, where 799 sunbeds and 398 tents were removed.” //a.i/
