TIRANA, May 31/ATA/ The General Directorate of Industrial Property of Albania has become part of the DESIGN class and will use and accept the list of terms from the harmonized database of product indications (HDBPI).
Following the decision to use HDBPI, there have been added fourteen non-EU Industrial Property offices in the DESIGN class that use and accept terms from this harmonized database, bringing the total number of participating Industrial Property offices to 41.
The adoption of harmonized database of product indications (HDBPI) is a concrete result of the international cooperation program managed by the European Union Intellectual Property Office responsible for the management of the EU trademark and the registered Community model (EUIPO) in cooperation with its international partners. //a.i/
