TIRANA, May 10/ATA/-The Speaker of the Albanian Parliament, Gramoz Ruçi stated on Monday that, the National Day of Justice is a day of reflection, not only for the justice system, but for all Albanian legislators, and even for all citizens.
“This year, this day is remembered with an increased balance in the implementation of the Justice Reform, the advancement of vetting process and the establishment of new institutions of system governance. During this legislature, we proved that the Justice Reform is irreversible and unimpeded,” Ruçi said.
“In my capacity as the Speaker of the Parliament, I feel proud that the Assembly has fulfilled its commitment to Albanian citizens and international partners, and that the Constitutional Court became operational by 2020, while the High Court is being established and the vacancies are being filled at a rapid pace. The Albanian Parliament will continue with the same vision and the same determination to contribute to the mission of building a justice system, whose compass is the rule of law, the protection of the public interest and the rights and freedoms of citizens,” Ruçi added. //a.i/
