TIRANA, April 25 /ATA/- The CEC Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi touching on the electronic devices problems, which enables the identification of voters stated today that, in 142 polling stations alone the voter identification process is being conducted manually.
“This is due to the fact that the operators did not show up at the polling station or in 40 cases we could not find operators to use the electronic devices in these polling stations,” Celibashi added.
“There have been 5,700 phone calls in the early morning from polling station operators and commissions on the issue of electronic voter identification device (PEI).
