TIRANA, April 6 /ATA/ – Prime Minister Edi Rama stated on Tuesday that the SP’s victory in April 25 general elections is beyond question.
Prime Minister Edi Rama, speaking at the “Speech corner in Bilisht” event said that, “we are at the height of the war with an aggressive enemy as is this deadly virus, while other countries are about to lock down. They announce lockdown rules. Yesterday I learned that North Macedonia will impose another lockdown. Likewise, in Kosovo the authorities are discussing the opportunity of another lockdown. France is on lockdown.”
“In the meantime, we are about to get out of the tunnel. Our adversaries speak nonsense, wonders that are unlikely to happen. They sign agreements of no value, taking advantage of people’s frustrations and dissatisfaction, which are rightful, ” said Rama.
“Every Albanian has a reason to feel frustrated. Their frustrations are rightful and this is beyond question. We can utter 1001 reasons why this is impossible, why that, but all Albanians who feel frustrated today have their legitimate reasons. We stand here today to deliver more. But how can someone deliver more embracing the style of Vehbi or Sude, Haxhi Qamil or Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta. We can deliver on more commitments through hard work, perseverance rather than sleep or talking nonsense,” Rama said.
“Their policies are not worthy of 2021 and a country at the heart of Europe, this is a policy worthy of the middle ages. They will make Albania an EU member. How will they achieve it, with the Tirana tram, isn’t it? Completely ridiculous, ” said Rama.
