TIRANA, March 29/ATA/- During the first two months of 2021, 23,865 TEUs (container units) have been processed at the Container Terminal of the largest port of the country, or 1657 more TEUs than a year ago.
In January-February 2021, a total of 37 vessels have been processed, recording the same number as in the first two months of 2020.
Along with the increase in the number of TEU container units processed, the volume of export-import goods with containers has also increased, according to the Durres Port Authority.
Within the two-month period of 2021, the volume of goods processed with containers in the port reached 281,314 tons, or 20% more than in the same period of 2020.//a.i/
