Albanians to decide whether to complete justice system reform on April 25

TIRANA, March 28 /ATA/ – Prime Minister Edi Rama told an election campaign event in Kombinat, Tirana, on Sunday that general election on April will determine whether Albanians want to fully finalize and complete the justice system reform and support the new justice bodies.

“It is the people who will decide on April 25 whether we will complete the justice reform and fully support the new justice that has just started to murmur and everyone will be equal before the law once the justice really speaks with its voice, or the history will repeat itself with all these efforts going in vain as it has always been the case with Albanians along their entire history,” PM Rama said at meeting with a group of young people in Kombinat.

The government head noted that a lot of hard work, patience and strong will are needed so the country develops.

“We have yet to reach the height we want to climb. We are on the way to reaching there, but still we face upwards and a bumpy road ahead. It is not easy at all. However, the choice we face is: will we keep climbing, or will go downward and start everything anew and waste so many years of hard work and tremendous efforts?” Rama said.

According to him, Albania should become a country where emigrating is not the first choice offered to young people.
