TIRANA, March 11/ATA/- The weather on Thursday will be influenced by unstable atmospheric conditions. Clear skies to prevail across the territory, and overcast skies in the mountainous areas.
The wind will blow in the North direction at a speed of 3-12 m/sec. While along the lowland coastal and valley areas the wind be relatively intensive blowing at a velocity of 20-25 m/sec. Sea gale of 2-4.
It is also worth noting that due to low temperatures and snowfall in mountainous areas, severe frosts are expected to be present on the road axes.
