TIRANA, February 12/ATA/- The chairman of the Law Commission, Ulsi Manja considered the SPAK investigation into Kruja judge Enkelejda Hoxha and her collaborators “New justice in action.”
“SPAK has gradually started to produce the first results in the fight against corruption in the ranks of senior officials, including justice officials,” Manja in a televised interview.
“I would single out Vetting process, as a system cleaning filter to clean up the rotten part of the judicial system as well as SPAK as a Special Structure to fight corruption and organized crime in Albania, as two of the fundamental innovations of justice system reform,” Manja stressed. //a.i/
