TIRANA, Jan.31 /ATA/- The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha visited the rented house of the newly married couple Mikel Kungulli and Xhesika Rusi, while informing about the effects of the Democratic Pary Economic Program.
In his speech, DP leader Basha said that, “the program does not provide promises, but commitments which focus on families, young couples and youth. Unemployment and economic issues are the main concerns of youth. Secondly, to provide the opportunity to buy a house and third offer support for young couples.
“According to DP economic program, each year 5,000 young couples will benefit from 100% interest subsidy on loans for homes. Today only directors of the administration enjoy this support scheme. The goal is that within the first 4 years of the government, 20,000 thousand families and young couples will be able to benefit from this scheme and have the opportunity to use a loan to purchase an apartment property,” Basha said. //a.i/
