TIRANA, December 14 /ATA/ The Committee on Legal Affairs, Public Administration and Human Rights, chaired by Ulsi Manja, reviewed and approved 4 important draft laws.
Initially, in the capacity of the responsible committee, there were reviewed the 4 draft laws in question. Manja explained that they are a reflection of the changes in the Electoral Code, after the June 5 agreement.
Guests to the meeting were Kujtim Luli, Prosecutor in the General Prosecution, Arben Kraja, Chairman of SPAK, Alfred Balla, Deputy Chairman of the High Council of Justice, Klajdi Karameta, Deputy Minister of Justice and Besmir Beja, Director General of Codification in the MoJ./k.s/p.s./
