TIRANA, Nov 24 /ATA/ Pursuant to Special Law on property measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the Operation Force of Law has sent the requests for self-declaration of wealth origin to 3 citizens.
Specifically, OFL has sent the request to F. L, resident in Tirana, convicted of attempted “Murder in other qualifying circumstances”, F.K., resident in Tirana, convicted of “Intentional murder related to another crime ”and E.M., resident in Tirana, convicted of “ Robbery, ” committed in complicity.
These individuals, as the subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be referred to SPAK for further action.
