TIRANA, Nov 13 /ATA/ Operation Force of Law has sent today the requests for self-declaration of wealth origin to 3 citizens in Vlora convicted of serious criminal offenses.
The request was sent to the citizens J. V. (M.), resident in Vlora, convicted for the criminal offense “Production and trafficking of narcotics”; H. G., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and trafficking of narcotics”; S. B., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Bank robbery.”
These individuals, as the subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be referred to the SPAK for further action.
OFL is in uninterrupted action to carry out complex actions such as imposing emergency seizures on suspected assets derived from crime, as well as sending self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law.
